Boeing Websites

I worked on a wide variety of websites including Go for Zero and Brand Center. Go for Zero is the website for a company-wide initiative to help implement procedures and practices to reduce the number of accidents and address safety issues within Boeing. The Brand Center site lists guidelines on keeping projects on brand, provides examples and promotes proper implementation of the Boeing brand.

research

We conducted interviews with clients and communicators, analyzed user surveys and studied Google Analytics. These were used to create journey personas and journey maps. We would then start to build a variety of prototypes, often as part of ideation workshops.

what I learned

Both websites were regular updated after going through our design process, either small incremental changes or major redesigns. With feedback from the clients and end users we would simplify the content and improve the organization of the information targeting the different types of users of Go for Zero and Brand Center.
